Payment Policy

Elegant Chauffeurs, LLC  does not accept rides booked less than five hours in advance.

Rides are confirmed by availability. If available, you will receive a payment checkout link to book requested ride. If the checkout link is not completed, you will be notified and your ride will not be booked.

Payment

Payment is handled in two parts. You are required to leave a 50% deposit upon booking. The remainder of the ride fare will be charged once passenger is dropped off at desired location. If you requested a ride 2-3 hours in advance you will be charged the complete fare at time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, standard invoices, venmo, zelle, and paypal.

Cancellation

  1. Standard Reservations (e.g., Airport Transfers, Local Rides):
    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: No fee; full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund).
  2. Special Events (e.g., Weddings, Corporate Events, Special Packages):
    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: No fee; full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event: 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund).
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Weather or Traffic-Related Issues: If cancellation is necessary due to severe weather or traffic conditions beyond the client’s control, the cancellation fee may be waived.
    • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their reservation without incurring a fee if the request is made within the above-mentioned timeframes.

Completed Ride Dissatisfaction

If for some reason your driver does not make it to the destination on time due to an extremely late pickup or poor navigation skills, your ride will be refunded up to 100% of the ride depending on circumstance.

Pickup/Dropoff Changed Location
 

If there are any changes to the pickup / drop-off location there will be an additional fee if it is within a 3 mile radius.

There will be an additional fee for each additional mile outside of that.
